GamerzGrind Payment Terms
 

1. Payment flow

1.1 When purchasing a service at GG, the amount is reserved on the buyer's means of payment. The card information is entered into Stipe's payment terminal.

1.2 The amount remains reserved on the buyer's means of payment until the provider of the ordered service confirms that the service has been delivered. The amount is then withdrawn from the buyer's means of payment.

1.3 Should the service not be held, the reserved amount will be released back to the buyer.

1.4 The coach's fee minus GG's commission fee is shown on their balance (GG balance).

1.5 The coach can at any time request to have his outstanding balance (GG balance) paid out to his own account. The processing time for balance payments is 1-5 working days.

2. Fees

2.1 GG takes a fee of 18% percent of each transaction.

GamerzGrind cannot be held responsible for any unsatisfactory services where a user does not assess sufficient value for the service received from a coach. The purchased service is between the user and the coach, where GamerzGrind is solely the intermediary of the service.

GamerzGrind cannot also be held responsible for any health consequences of participating in the services offered via the platform.

Furthermore, GamerzGrind cannot be held responsible for a coach's lack of correct Tax or VAT treatment of the services sold.
